ADHD boleh berlaku pada kanak-kanak, remaja, dan juga orang dewasa.<br /><br />Antara tanda-tanda ADHD kurang tumpuan, sukar fokus lama pada kerja atau pelajaran, nampak seperti “tidak mendengar” bila orang bercakap dan sukar mengurus masa. Juga hiperaktif, tidak boleh duduk diam lama, suka memotong percakapan orang, dan kanak-kanak mungkin suka berlari atau memanjat tanpa henti.
