Themed "Understanding Southeast Asia's Vision for Energy and Climate Security in the Indo-Pacific", the summit brought together high-level stakeholders to discuss creative solutions to the twin problems of rising energy demand and <span><a tabindex="-1"></a></span>climate change.</div> </div> <div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a"> <div dir="auto" style="text-align: start;">In this regard, I am pleased to announce that UiTM is the first higher learning institution in Malaysia to own and operate two Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic (LSSPV) plants. With this remarkable achievement, UiTM joins the ranks of world-leading institutions that include the University of California, Stanford University, and the University of Queensland, all of which own and operate LSS power plants. Meanwhile, UiTM is also working to develop a Master's and Professional Degree in Energy Transition and Emerging Technologies.</div> </div> <div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a"> <div dir="auto" style="text-align: start;">In this regard, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Noor Afifah Abdul Razak, Deputy Secretary General (Environment), Ministry of Environment and Water (KASA), and Mr Roy D.
