A Special Committee Held A Workshop On Guidelines, Procedures And Promotion Issues Of Academic Staff

A Special Committee responsible for reviewing all promotion processes and concerns of academic staff of all grades and lecturer careers in the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy held a workshop entitled Academic Staff Promotion Guidelines Improvement Workshop from 20 – 22 October 2022. This workshop also standardises the requirements for the online system that channels important inputs related to human resources, performance appraisal, research, consultation, publication etc. Many thanks to the members of the Special Committee who participated in the workshop, including the Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Registrar, Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Strategy) and representatives of Professors, Deans, Rectors, UTIMAS, MITASA and the Secretariat.

Bengkel Penambahbaikan Garis Panduan Kenaikan Pangkat Staf Akademik telah diadakan pada 20 – 22 Oktober 2022 yang lalu oleh Jawatankuasa Khas yang berperanan melihat semua prosedur dan isu kenaikan pangkat yang melibatkan staf akademik semua gred serta laluan kerjaya bagi Pensyarah Perubatan, Pergigian dan Farmasi. Bengkel ini juga menyeragamkan keperluan-keperluan sistem dalam talian yang menyalurkan input-input penting berkaitan sumber manusia, penilaian prestasi, penyelidikan, perundingan, penerbitan dan sebagainya.
