Coffee Talk with Rozie (CTWR) is back again! and this time around we have AP Dr. Keshminder Singh Jit Singh from the Faculty of Business & Management and Hajah Norazian Hj. Ahmad, Chief Deputy Bursar. In this Episode-21, we addressed a very interesting and essential topic titled "UiTM Reviews: RMK12 and 2022 Budget – "Unleashing the Potentials of Future UiTM" Yes, I agree with Dr. Kesh about moving toward a high-performance culture, and UiTM must ensure that we make this our culture. We need to collaborate with industries to achieve the mind set shifts, and I appreciate the concept of ecological intelligence introduced by Dr. Kesh throughout the discussion. We must practise the concept of "producing more with less" in order to tackle the real problem. Meanwhile, Hajah Norazian discussed the financial assistance efforts we have on campus to support teaching and learning activities as well as the overall well-being of students. I'd like to thank Raja Naquiddeen, Nur Raihana, Daud Mustakim Faadun, and Aina Faiti for the questions and feedback they shared with the audience during the Q&A session. CTWR is accompanied by a selection of folk songs performed by Maryann Magdalina on vocals and Dr. Yeoh Pei Ann on piano in a western soprano musical style.
