Menghadiri jemputan sebagai pengucap utama persidangan International Exchange and Innovation Conference on Engineering & Sciences (IEICES) 2024 dengan tajuk Green Technology and Governance in Mega Universities: Islamic Perspectives and Leadership Insights di Kyushu University.
Terima Kasih jemputan dari Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osama Eljama, IEICES Chairman, Kyushu University. Persidangan berindek Scopus ini telah dianjur sejak 2015 ini dihadiri lebih 200 peserta antarabangsa dan tempatan.
Sebelah petang mengadakan pertukaran MOU antara UiTM dan Kyushu University, KU diwakili oleh Prof Dr. Kazuhide Ito, Dean Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Prof. Dr. Aya Hagishima, Senior Vice President, Internationalization and Future Conception dan Prof Dr Dong Wang, Director, Global Engagement Office.
Perbincangan kerjasama seterusnya melibatkan penawaran Double Degree dan lebih banyak penerbitan serta penyelidikan bersama. Sehingga kini seramai 15 pensyarah lulusan PhD UiTM telah dihasilkan melalui kerjasama UiTM-KU.
