WE ARE #4 IN MALAYSIA FOR THE 2023 QS WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS ON SUSTAINABILITY

The new QS World University Rankings: Sustainability measures the performance of institutions worldwide in their actions toward sustainable development through meaningful research, teaching, and community engagement.

In this first edition, UiTM is ranked #4 in Malaysia and #361-380 among the world universities. Under the Environmental Impact of Lens1-Sustainable Institutions, UiTM excels at 161= worldwide. Meanwhile, in Lens 4-Employment & Opportunities, UiTM's recorded the most substantial Social Impact with a worldwide score of 294.

In the QS World University Rankings on Sustainability 2023, 700 institutions were ranked globally, including nine universities in Malaysia.

I want to congratulate the entire Keluarga UiTM on this achievement. This achievement is a recognition of our concerted efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals for the future.

QS World University Rankings: Sustainability yang baharu diperkenalkan mengukur prestasi universiti di seluruh dunia dalam tindakan bermakna mereka ke arah pembangunan lestari melalui penyelidikan, pengajaran dan libat urus komuniti.

Dalam edisi pertama ini, UiTM berada di kedudukan #4 di Malaysia dan #361-380 antara universiti dunia, di mana di bawah Kesan Alam Sekitar, Lensa1-Institusi Lestari, UiTM cemerlang pada 161= di peringkat global. Sementara itu, UiTM paling menyerlah di bawah Lensa4-Pekerjaan & Peluang dengan mencatat 294 Impak Sosial di peringkat global.

QS World University Rankings on Sustainability 2023 melibatkan 700 institusi peringkat seluruh dunia, dan di Malaysia 9 universiti telah disenaraikan.
