UiTM Is Ranked #128 In The World & #6 In Malaysia By The UI Green Metric (UIGM) World University Rankings

The UI GreenMetric (UIGM) World University Rankings was founded by Universitas Indonesia, aiming to measure campus sustainability through six clusters: Setting and Infrastructure, Waste, Water, Energy, Education & Research, and Transportation. It is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda introduced by the United Nations (UN).

The UIGM recently announced the ranking results for the 2022 edition. Alhamdulillah, UiTM is ranked 128th out of 1,050 ranked world universities. In Malaysia, UiTM is ranked sixth out of 32 ranked universities.

Congratulations! This ranking is UiTM's most significant accomplishment and improvement in the UI GreenMetric (UIGM) World University Rankings 2022. May our efforts contribute to the realisation of UiTM's sustainability agenda.

UiTM KINI #128 DI DUNIA & #6 DI MALAYSIA DALAM UI GREEN METRIC (UIGM) WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS

UI GreenMetric (UIGM) World University Rankings diasaskan oleh Universitas Indonesia yang bertujuan mengukur usaha kelestarian kampus melalui enam kluster: Persekitaran dan Infrastruktur, Bahan Buangan, Air, Tenaga, Pendidikan & Penyelidikan, dan Pengangkutan. Ia adalah selaras dengan agenda Matlamat Pembangunan Lestari (SDGs) yang diperkenalkan oleh Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB).

Baru-baru ini UIGM telah mengumumkan keputusan penarafan bagi edisi 2022. Alhamdulilah, UiTM diumumkan berada di kedudukan ke-128 antara 1,050 universiti dunia yang tersenarai. Di Malaysia, UiTM berada di kedudukan ke-6 di kalangan 32 universiti yang tersenarai.
