Malaysia's Largest University Made History In The Malaysia Book Of Records With Its 95th Convocation Ceremony

On 10 December 2022, the Malaysia Book of Records (MBoR) recognised UiTM as Malaysia's largest public university and set a national record for the Highest Number of Scrolls at a Convocation Ceremony and the Highest Number of Scrolls presented by its Vice-Chancellor.

A total of 31,220 graduates received scrolls at the 95th UiTM Convocation Ceremony, which is held from 26 November to 21 December 2022. It is estimated that more than 1,000 graduates received their respective degrees and diplomas during each session, which lasted three hours each.

This time I conferred degrees and certificates on 15,322 graduates. To ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and perfectly, I set aside 120 minutes to stand up and hand over the scroll. 30 professional photographers were in front of me to capture the historic moments of the graduates.

With 25 sessions in 13 days, 921 convocation officials are involved in the convocation at the Shah Alam campus. For this, I would like to thank them for their commitment and dedication in ensuring that the entire event meets the expectations of the guests and provides them with a meaningful experience

Next, the 95th UiTM Convocation Ceremony will continue for 5 days and 10 sessions at the Sabah and Sarawak campuses.

UNIVERSITI TERBESAR DI MALAYSIA CATAT SEJARAH MALAYSIA BOOK OF RECORDS DALAM ISTIADAT KONVOKESYEN KE-95.

Pada 10 Disember 2022, Malaysia Book of Records (MBoR) telah mengiktiraf UiTM sebagai Universiti Awam terbesar di Malaysia yang mencatat rekod kebangsaan menerusi Jumlah Skrol Terbanyak Dalam Istiadat Konvokesyen dan Bilangan Skrol Tertinggi yang dianugerahkan oleh Naib Canselor-nya.

Seramai 31,220 graduan menerima skrol dalam Istiadat Konvokesyen UiTM ke-95 yang berlangsung dari 26 November hingga 21 Disember 2022. Pada setiap sidang, dianggarkan lebih dari 1,000 graduan menerima Ijazah dan Diploma masing-masing dalam acara yang mengambil masa selama tiga jam setiap sesi.

Sementara itu, 15,322 graduan telah menerima ijazah dan diploma mereka daripada saya. Bagi memastikan gerak acara istiadat berlangsung dengan lancar dan sempurna, saya memperuntukan 120 minit berdiri menyampaikan skrol, di samping 30 jurufoto profesional merakam detik bersejarah graduan.

Dalam 25 sesi dengan masa 13 hari, terdapat 921 pegawai konvokesyen terlibat di kampus Shah Alam. Untuk itu, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih atas komitmen dan dedikasi anda dalam memastikan keseluruhan acara memenuhi ekspetasi tetamu, sekali gus memberikan pengalaman yang bermakna buat mereka.

Seterusnya, Istiadat Konvokesyen UiTM ke-95 akan diteruskan selama 5 hari dan 10 sidang di kampus Sabah dan Sarawak.
