Pemakaian Pangkat Kolonel Kehormat Yang Dianugerahkan Kepada Naib Canselor UiTM

Pada 17 Januari 2023, Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD), Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Zamrose bin Mohd Zain telah menyempurnakan Majlis Pemakaian Pangkat Pegawai Kanan dan Tauliah Kehormat Askar Wataniah yang berlangsung di Dewan Zulkifeli Zin, Wisma Perwira TD. Saya telah dianugerahkan Tauliah Kolonel Kehormat dan menjawat jawatan sebagai Komandan Pasukan Latihan Pegawai Simpanan (PALAPES) UiTM. Pemakaian pangkat Kolonel Kehormat ini telah diperkenankan SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong dengan syor Majlis Angkatan Tentera ke 602 yang bersidang pada 8 Ogos 2022 bagi meluluskan Penganugerahan Tauliah Kehormat Askar Wataniah kepada Naib Canselor UiTM.

THE HONORARY COLONEL AWARDED TO UiTM VICE-CHANCELLOR

On 17th January 2023, the Chief of Army (PTD), General Tan Sri Dato' Seri Zamrose bin Mohd Zain officiated the Application Ceremony of Senior Officers and Honorary Commissioning of Askar Wataniah which was held at Zulkifeli Zin Hall, Wisma Perwira TD. I was awarded the Honorary Colonel's Commission and assumed the position of Commander of the Reserve Officer Training Team (PALAPES) UiTM. The application of the rank of Honorary Colonel was approved by the SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong with the recommendation of the 602nd Armed Forces Council which convened on 8 August 2022 to approve the Award of Honorary Commission of Askar Wataniah to the Vice-Chancellor of UiTM.
