Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Named One of Malaysia's Preferred Universities in 2024 National Graduate Employability Index

Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) has once again reaffirmed its position as one of the top choices for employers in Malaysia, according to the latest National Graduate Employability Index (4th Edition) 2024.

In an email received on the 5th of February 2024 from Mr. Ben Ho, Chief Employability Officer (CEO) at Talentbank, it was revealed that UiTM has been recognized as one of the Employers' Preferred Universities, showcasing its commitment to producing job-ready graduates who meet industry expectations.

The survey conducted by Talentbank in collaboration with leading businesses across Malaysia aimed to identify the preferred universities for graduate recruitment. The Employability Ratings were solely determined by Malaysia's top graduate employers, including renowned names such as EY Malaysia, Petronas, Bank Negara Malaysia, Intel, and many others.

UiTM's outstanding performance in the index is highlighted by several accolades:

- Ranked in the Top 3 for Graduate Employability among Public Universities

- Best in Class in Advertising

- 39 Fields of Study received 6-star Top-rated Employability Ratings, with 8 fields rated as Exemplary (Champion), including Advertising, Animation, Arts and Design, Banking, Culinary Arts, Fashion, Hospitality Management, and Logistics.

This recognition underscores UiTM's consistent efforts in producing highly sought-after graduates who excel in various fields. The university's exceptional performance across disciplines such as Accounting, Actuarial Science, Animation, and many others further solidifies its reputation as a leading institution in Malaysia.
