Majlis Amanat Naib Canselor Sempena Minggu Destini Siswa Sesi 2 2022/2023 Di Pusat Asasi UiTM

Pada 27 Januari 2023, saya telah dijemput untuk menyampaikan amanat sempena penutupan Minggu Destini Siswa (MDS) Sesi 2 2022/2023 di Pusat Asasi, UiTM Cawangan Selangor (UCS), Kampus Dengkil. MDS adalah satu program inisiatif UiTM bagi memperkenalkan para pelajar baharu kepada struktur asas pendidikan pada peringkat Universiti, infrastruktur, program pengajian dan pemantapan jati diri pelajar sebelum berhadapan dengan situasi sebenar alam kampus. Setelah 3 tahun MDS dijalankan secara atas talian, alhamdulillah pada tahun ini kita berpeluang menjalankan program tradisi ini secara bersemuka.

MDS kali ini adalah khusus untuk pelajar baharu ambilan kedua Asasi Undang-Undang sesi 2022/2023, seramai lebih kurang 120 orang. Turut hadir ke majlis penutupan ini adalah Professor Dr Haji Mohd Sazili Shahibi, Timbalan Naib Canselor Hal Ehwal Pelajar, Profesor Ir Dr Ahmad Farid Abidin, Pengarah Pusat Asasi UiTM Dengkil, Profesor Madya Dr Hartini binti Saripan, Dekan, Fakulti Undang-undang UiTM, Barisan Ahli Pengurusan Tinggi Pusat Asasi UCS Kampus Dengkil, Ketua-ketua Program dan Koordinator-koordinator Kursus.

Tahniah saya ucapkan kepada para pelajar kerana berjaya melanjutkan pengajian di UiTM khususnya di Pusat Asasi UiTM. Teruskan usaha untuk menjadi pelajar yang mampu memberi impak positif kepada pembangunan universiti ini. Janganlah malu untuk bersuara kerana suara anda merupakan pemacu corak bangsa pertiwi. Saya mendoakan semoga mahasiswa dan mahasiswi akan terus dipelihara Allah SWT lantaran dianugerahkan hati yang tabah, jiwa yang tenang, fikiran yang tajam, dan dipermudahkan urusan, serta dikurniakan kebijaksanaan untuk memupuk hubungan harmonis sesama warga, dan memiliki semangat juang yang tinggi demi kelangsungan bangsa yang tercinta.

VICE-CHANCELLOR'S MANDATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH MINGGU DESTINI SISWA SESSION 2 2022/2023 AT PUSAT ASASI UiTM

On 27 January 2023, I am invited to deliver a message in conjunction with the closing of Minggu Destini Siswa (MDS) Session 2 2022/2023 at Pusat Asasi, UiTM Selangor Branch (UCS), Dengkil Campus. MDS is an initiative program of UiTM to introduce new students to the basic structure of education at the University level, infrastructure, study program and the strengthening of students' self-identity before confronting the real situation of the campus environment. After 3 years of MDS being conducted online, alhamdulillah this year we have the opportunity to conduct this traditional program face-to-face.

This time MDS is specifically for new students of the second intake of Legal Foundation session 2022/2023, a total of approximately 120 students. Also present at the closing ceremony were Professor Dr Haji Mohd Sazili Shahibi, Deputy VC of Student Affairs, Professor Ir Dr Ahmad Farid Abidin, Director of Pusat Asasi UiTM Dengkil, Associate Professor Dr Hartini binti Saripan, Dean, Faculty of Law UiTM, Top Management of Pusat Asasi, UCS Dengkil Campus, Program Heads and Course Coordinators.

I would like to congratulate the students for their successful foundational studies in UiTM, especially at Pusat Asasi UiTM. Strive to be a student who is able to contribute a positive impact on the development of this university. Be brave to speak out because your voice is the driver of our race. I pray to Allah that the students will continuously under His Protection, being blessed with a strong heart, a calm soul, a sharp mind, and ease of affairs, and being blessed with wisdom to foster harmonious relations among the university community, and to have a great fighting spirit for the survival of our beloved nation.
