A Brunch To Celebrate 14 Subjects Ranked In The QS World University Rankings By Subject 2022

Thank you, Keluarga UiTM, for joining me live on CTWR Ep.6 on Saturday via the UiTM YouTube channel. We can indeed benefit from a lot of sharing in this episode.

From my office, I then made my way to the Bean Campus, located at the UiTM-MTDC Technology Centre, to celebrate the 14 subjects listed in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2022.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this event;

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Hafiz Mohd Hanafiah who represented Hospitality & Leisure Management subject and Prof Ir. Dr. Muhamamd Azmi Ayub who represented Petroleum Engineering, Engineering-Electrical & Electronic and Engineering-Chemical subjects.

Many thanks also to Prof TPr Dr Jamalunlaili Abdullah who represented Architecture & Built Environment and Assoc Prof Dr Suhaily Hasnan who represented Accounting & Finance.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hartini Saripan who represented the subject Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shariza Sahudin who represented the subject Pharmacy & Pharmacology, Dr. Fazlen Abdul Fatah who represented the subject Agriculture & Forestry, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fazah Akhtar Hanapiah who represented Medicine and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amirul Afif Muhamat who represented Business & Management Studies and Economics & Econometrics and finally my Dean, Prof. Dr. Haryani Haron who represented Computer Science & Information Systems.

This event is to give recognition to the faculties and colleges that have been successfully ranked and to motivate and encourage more faculties and colleges to work harder to improve the ranking of UiTM in the WUR and AUR editions. This is important to improve the reputation of UiTM globally and to achieve our common goals for GRU2025.

Congratulations to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of UiTM Global and the Director of the Rating Department for this successful event. Thank you also to the Director of the Strategic Partnerships Department who was present as a gesture of support and acknowledged the importance of collaboration for UiTM's international presence.

Majlis ini bertujuan memberi penghargaan kepada fakulti dan kolej yang telah berjaya tersenarai dalam penarafan tersebut di samping memberi motivasi dan galakkan kepada lebih banyak fakulti dan kolej untuk berusaha memastikan peningkatan penarafan UiTM dalam edisi WUR dan AUR. Ini adalah penting bagi meningkatkan reputasi UiTM di peringkat global, sekaligus mencapai aspirasi bersama kita ke arah GRU2025.

Syabas, saya ucapkan kepada Penolong Naib Canselor UiTM Global dan Pengarah Jabatan Penarafan di atas inisiatif ini. Terima kasih juga kepada Pengarah Jabatan Kolaborasi Strategik yang juga hadir sebagai tanda sokongan kita mesti bersama dalam memastikan ketampakan global universiti.
